Achievement Prep is an award winning, high-performing, college-preparatory public charter school network located in Southeast Washington, DC. Our flagship middle school, which opened in 2008, serves approximately 500 scholars in fourth through 8th grades. Our elementary school, which opened in 2013, serves approximately 400 scholars in kindergarten through third grades. In 2016, we expanded our elementary school to serve 160 preK3 and preK4 scholars. Our mission is to prepare students to excel as high-achieving scholars and leaders in high school, college and beyond. Achievement Prep plans to continue its impact by adding additional schools over the next three years in Washington, DC.
As Achievement Prep continues to expand its impact, we are looking for highly-qualified teachers, administrators, and Network Office leaders to join our talented team. While educational experience is helpful, we are very open to hiring people from outside the education world who are interested in education reform but have not yet gotten involved full-time.
